Your privacy is very important to Gotta-Grip LLLP.  Earning your business and operating with your confidence is our primary concern, as is, continuing to protect you as our customer.  To demonstrate our dedication to your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices, and the choices you have regarding the way your information is collected, and used by us, to serve you better.  We have placed a link to this information on every page of our Web site and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. 

2. The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Gotta-Grip LLLP Web site.  On the pages contained in our web site, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive promotional or other materials via e-mail and regular mail.  Gotta-Grip LLLP can only collect what information you provide. 

In order to provide you with an efficient, expedient, and personalized buying experience, we may collect various forms of personally identifiable information, and non-personally identifiable information while you use our Web site.
a) Personally identifiable information refers to the information that tells us who you are when you visit us as a repeat visitor, providing that you have supplied personal information in a prior visit, or interaction with us.  You may provide information in various ways, such as by purchasing an item through our Web site, by registering for promotions or contests, filling out surveys, or subscribing to resourceful or promotional e-mail and regular mailings.  This information might include your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card or other payment information, and product details.  With this information, Gotta-Grip LLLP is able to fill your orders and better provide you with personalized services.  You may opt out of receiving such information from us by following the instructions in our communications, or by sending an e-mail to us at info@gotta-grip.com including Opt out, with the e-mail, or physical address you wish to prevent getting further communication sent to.

b) Non-personally identifiable information refers to information that does not of itself identify a specific individual.  We can gather certain information about visitors based upon where they shop on our site in several ways.  This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis.  We may employ various methods of visitor analysis to better serve our customers, define site use patterns, and dissemination of information obtained based on the visit to our web site.

In some instances, you can submit information about other people.  For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient on a “sold to, ship to basis”, you will need to submit the recipient's address.  This information is only kept for express purpose of shipping and order fulfillment and kept only on file for the purpose of shipping, and tracking such orders.  Information provided about other people for personal notification are not stored or collected.  For example, if you tell a friend about a product or service through an email form on our site Web directly to a recipient through e-mail, their information is not stored. 

3. How We Use Information: 

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.  In some cases, this may include sharing with our designated decorator on tournament and special orders.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. 

We use return email addresses to answer e-mail we receive.  Such addresses will not be used for any other purpose, and we do not share these addresses with outside parties without prior agreement. 

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our promotional literature, advertisements, as well as updates on our new products and services from time to time.  Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. 

We can send promotional offers to selected groups of Gotta-Grip LLLP customers on behalf of other businesses, affiliates, and partners.  When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address.  We make you aware of this and provide opt-out ability for each instance that this may occur.  You may choose to provide information to third parties at which time your information is not under our control.  In such case, we would encourage you to review their policies on privacy and their terms and conditions.

We use non-personally identifiable information and aggregate information to better design our Web site and enhance display features, and we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.  We use encrypted information stored in cookies only known to us to provide some features of our Web site throughout the purchase process.  There is no personally identifiable information stored nor is it able to be accessed, or understood outside of this Web site and its systems.  Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

4. Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

• We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

• We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order with you.  Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  We never have access to, or maintain your credit card number on our site, and can only obtain such information for issuing a credit back to you.  Furthermore, the transmission of your credit card information is secured by 128-bit encryption security through our processing company, shopping cart vendor and merchant authorization companies using the latest security measures to ensure your information is secure.  Gotta-Grip maintains at least one security certificate indicating our compliance with shopping cart security.  You can read our certificate by clicking HERE.

• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.  Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and in general take the same precautions you would with any online transaction.

5. Correct Your Information: You can contact us personally to make corrections to your account (name/address information).  We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.  You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.  We will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

6. To protect your privacy and security:  We will NEVER ask you to, nor permit you to send your credit card information via e-mail.  This information should only be added to our secure shopping cart.

Returns Policy:
Gotta-Grip LLLP is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee.  If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. 

The following products may NOT be returned:
1.  Used merchandise. 
2.  Special orders. 
3.  Custom items
4.  Personalized items.
5.  Items without a paid receipt from Gotta-Grip LLLP

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).  Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Gotta-Grip LLLP with proof of purchase.  Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment and amount paid, less shipping and re-stocking fee.  Gotta-Grip LLLP may charge a re-stocking fee of 20% for all returned items.  In addition, if free shipping was extended on the initial purchase, and the product is returned, Gotta-Grip LLLP will charge an actual shipping fee on the original shipment plus a $2.00 handling fee. 

8. Defective Products Warranty
Any defective product may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. 

9. Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer.  Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites.  Please contact Gotta-Grip LLLP prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

10. Shipping:
Gotta-Grip LLLP ships orders via UPS Standard delivery.  Tracking numbers are available.  We charge one fee for most single unit orders.  We reserve the right to adjust the amount per the size of the order.  Products ship from our Colorado facility within 48 hours of order receipt.  If we experience a supply shortage, we will notify customers and offer to: ship when available, substitute another product of equal value, or cancel the order/item, at the customers’ discretion.

Shortages:
Some orders may ship in multiple cartons, with multiple items, and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage.  All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. 

Damaged Goods:
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Gotta-Grip LLLP at once.  Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so with an authorization number for Return of Merchandise (RMA #).  This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.  All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.  

How to Return Merchandise:
You must obtain an authorization number prior to returning merchandise.  Once you receive your return merchandise authorization number, (RMA), Products may be returned to our designated returns center located at 558 Castle Pines Parkway # 334 Castle Rock, CO 80108.  To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton.  Please note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton.  If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Gotta-Grip LLLP Customer Number, and the reason for the return or exchange.  Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
